i went in for a treadmill stress test and before i even got on the treadmill
the NP noticed a small, .5 mm ST depression. i went in for the stress test
because of premature atrial contractions which really bother me. i am a 53
yr old female, non-smoker, de-conditioned, 10 lbs overweight. cholesterol
isn't great but not bad, pre-hypertensive. have never had any cx pain. i
did the stress test with no problems but the cardiologist wants me to come
back for a stress test/echo. strong family hx of coronary heart disease.
anyways, anyone know why i might have this minimal ST depression?
thanks!
