Nonspecific ST segment and T wave changes can occur for many reasons
some cardiac and some non-cardiac (that's why they are called
non-specific) and require clinical correlation. Based on the limited
information you have provided, would wonder if perhaps you have some
early hypertensive heart disease that is causing the non-specific
changes.
