Regarding eating lots of "aminal fats:"
Animals are, to some degree, what they eat. Therefore, depending upon
what they are fed, injected with, etc., is important to know. Some
animals incorporate the fatty acids they eat into their tissues at
higher concentrations than other animals. Some animals incorporate the
"substrate," such as linoleic more than the longer chain fatty acid
(such as aradchidonic) than other animals. And then it depends upon
what parts of the animal you eat, as well as the fact that some animal
meat cuts are much higher in iron than others. You would need to
analyse exactly what you are eating to determine, in light of the
scientific evidence, what is likely to be healthy and what isn't.
