just an idea...but you may get some help if you learned meditation...
my own doc told me last visit that he no longer accepts "white coat" as an
excuse for blood pressure increases...unless of course the increase is
fairly minimal..
his explanation....going to the doctor is NOT the only stressful event in
life...if you react to stress...any stress...with an increase in
vitals...one must remember that this cannot be healthy..
again...lots of other factors to consider before getting into drug
therapy...many of which you have mentioned...age,,weight,,risk factors
etc...
