Are you familiar with the DASH diet developed by the Harvard university? The
DASH diet *and* sodium reduction is so far the most efficient way to reduce
hypertension by diet. I think that it would require quite radical shift in
your diet. You should include much more vegetables and fruits to your diet
and reduce animal protein and salt. If you are interested in that kind of
solution, you could do a Google search for DASH diet to find more detailed
information.
