The TCM approach to high cholestrol

Two months ago, I went to visit a TCM doctor in China about my high
cholestrol. He prescribed me a formulae which he claimed works
differently from the 'conventional'. The 'conventional' therapy,
according to him, is meant to reduce the production of the junks in the
blood veins while his approach is meant to enhance the 'cleaning power'
of the related organs so that they could help clean the blood vessels
inside. While the conventional approach has to be used everyday, this
TCM approach is used once in a while like cleaning up the pips.
One of these days when I know how to make the link, I will show it to
all of you. And you can just bring the formulae to a herb shop in
China town and try it out yourself....at your own discretion. I did
it...to my own discretion.
