It means that your left ventricle squeezes out 76% of the 67 cc blood
volume it is filled with at the end of its relaxation cycle (diastole).
Doing the math, this means the amount of blood that your heart squeezes
out with each heart beat is 51 cc. Therefore, your heart's output per
minute (cardiac output) is 4.9 liters (97 * 51 cc). This is a
respectable cardiac output.
