My guess is: all over, pretty evenly. I've had nurses during a doc's
office weighing express surprise when I bumped the bigger weight to 200
as a starting point... but sure enough it was needed at the time.

Thanks, a heart scare can certainly be motivating.

Is all fat around the middle the same? In other words, there are people
who's (or is it "whose"?) midsections look big and round but also appear
pretty solid - Seinfeld's Jason Alexander is one that comes to mind.
Then there are us jigglers - just a flabbiness in the middle but
obviously excessive accumulation that is damn hard to reduce. (Even way
back when I was down near 150 i still had a touch of Dunlap's Disease.)
