Just one data point: my first cardiologist (excellent man) started me
with 1000mg of Niacin, and I stayed at that level for about five years
with no suggestion about other B-complex items. About two years ago my
initial cardiologist reduced my dose to 500mb because he considered that
my numbers were suitable and stable, and still no other B-complex
medications.
