Should I be concerned? (Heart palpitations)

I am 30 years old, in pretty good health.
I do have MVP, but my doctor said there is no backwash, so I do not
take antibiotics.
Now for the past three days, I noticed Heart palpitations during the
day.
It happens maybe a couple of times in 1 hour, then nothing for a few
hours.
Other than that I feel fine.
Should I be concerned?
I cannot afford to go to the doctor at this time. (I mean I cannot take
time off from work...) but obviously I will go if this is something
serious.
Thanks
.
