Let me make my questions bit clear:-
When a person get cancer at tumor stage;
Under Normal Immune response
Will body system discourage Angiogenesis to tumor or not, to starve the
cancer cells & resist/restrict their growth? It may be done by
promoting Angiogenesis inhibitors excess of stimulators. Let us
consider this condition as immune system mediated when it is unable to
kill all cancer cells so opt for encapsule them in tumor.
Improved Immune responses
Can body sytem promote Angiogenesis to tumor to transport immune
defence agents in tumor to kill cancer cell OR to encourage them to
come out of tumor & expose to immune system unabling to kill them? It
may be possible when Angiogenic growth factors are produced in excess
of angiogenesis inhibitors.
Otherwise, what & how improved system can work?
Weakened Immune system
Since body system is unable to maintain even tumor stage, cancer
cells/weakened surrounded tissues may promote angiogenesis by promoting
Angiogenesis stimulators excess of its inhibitors & spread the camcer.
Now:
Can immune responses kill cancer cells within tumor without promoting
Angiogenesis?
Can immune responses kill cancer cells within tumor by promoting
Angiogenesis?
How improved immune system/biological immunotherapy works? Does is work
within tumor or encourage cancer cells to come out of tumor?
Are different Angiogenic growth factors/stimulators and angiogenesis
inhibitors tissue/body's sites specific? Can their quantity be measured
in lab. on getting & progress of cancer?
Regards.
