Many Drs. advocate that. If you are not religious, you may think of it as a
placebo and comforting.

Iv'e pretty much kept up and I find no counter examples. You need to just find
one clear one.

No it is much more simple than that. I think if people make a claim they
should justify it. I said I did not want to discuss the 2lb diet because I
know that will take us down a long road and I'm referring to traditional
medical advice. No one has been able to come up with a single example where he
has given bad advice. He has given such advice many times. So such claims have
no basis.
