There is also the psychological irritants on the various newsgroups

Also the "spammers" who claim all sorts of reasons for doing or not
doing what they claim is the "true and only way".
The pressures of staying alive also cause high blood pressure as well
as the "cop out" of saying "it's all due to genetics".
