Thank you for the legal advice which you have dispensed to Jason
and the rest of us. As you said, "real" licensed professionals
rarely stick their necks out like you have done on this board.

I am curious, though, about the applicibility of your legal advice.
Since you did not qualify it to apply to any subset of US states or
even the entire US, it must be due some fundamental tenet of all
human laws. Please enlighten us further.

BTW, where are you licensed to practice law?
Are you licensed in Jason's location?
Is there some other provision which covers and legalizes your
internet legal practice?
Unlicensed legal practice is generally illegal isn't it?
