Question is this more noticeable in the dead of night ? I wake up with
a lot with similar concerns. I however do not know if is CABG or Drug
related or some thing else.

Lost it in fundamental ways. By this I mean the ability to listen to my
body seems out of alignment and is hard to express these real concerns.
