Justin,
I am not a doctor or medical expert. However, I have done some research on
this issue. I advise you visit Walmart and buy a Omron Digital blood
pressure monitor. You should use it to check your blood pressure at least
once a week and write down the results--including heart rate. After
several months, show the results to your doctor. In addition, visit this
site and purchase the booklet that Doctor Colbert wrote that is entitled,
Heart Disease. He wrote another booklet entitled, High Blood Pressure.
Those booklets should help you understand these issues in a much better
way.

I'm hoping that a doctor and some medical experts will also post their
advice to you.
