That omer thing - any source that says it's a unit of weight...?

I've looked and looked for any source that says it's a unit of weight besides Chung. I can't find any. Not one. Nada. Zip. Zero.

In the interests of keeping Chung from looking like a fool because only he "discerns" the truth about this omer, I'd really appreciate it if someone - anyone - could steer me to a source that confirms unique understanding.
