Here is my question to those of you who know more than me about this. Are the studies on dark chocolate and the benefits as good as people are saying? I like chocolate but to here all the news lately on how good it can be is almost unbelievable.
Eat chocolate and avoid milk. Derek. http://www.gla.ac.uk:443/newsreview/story.cfm?id=66
hence the reason "dark" chocolate is lauded.
Dark chocolate is comprised of cocoa liqueur, cocoa butter and sugar.
Milk chocolate adds milk and uses less liqueur than the dark chocolate. .
