okay
i am out for a walk
i live right in the middle of hollywood
so at least i can just walk out my door
and not want for entertainment
howevver when i go to the reservoir also
gets a rest from the entertainment
i am overweight
gained a lot of weight many years ago
after telling my doctors for all those years it
was thryoid
they now believe me
i have to goiters onthryoid
it has made losing weight much harder
although over the last 10 years i lost a hundred lsx
u am going to walk more for now
althou that is really hard now
but i have been trying to do more
the doc says when i get to rehab
it will get easier
but i donot know why it is taking so long
i do feel much better after no cholestral pill just
for 2 days although i have a lot of tingling going on
scripps is clse by so i will get on that
i just have a lot to complete in life
and i need to be healthy to do that
i am writing a book
and my goal is to teach about the love
of God and faith
i have only had God throughtout my life
to depend on
and i know that i will get through this
yall have already seemed to some new hope in me
because for the first time in 55 years i was really stumped!!!
this obstacle has been a wake up call for me
as to just how precious our own lives are
and that we must take care of ourselves
btw, do you think it is possible to just quit taking the pills
and live a healthy life
my body really does not handle meds
i have eaten very healthily for years
i was ahead of eating for nutrition
and have learned a lot of healing with foods
although i gained the weight never once did i gain
it for eating like a pig and not being active
what can i do to get the thryoid working better without pills
my endo says that they cannot take the goiters out
and i can not take the necessary meds because of my heart condition
what about supplements
yall are awesome
and thanks for the freat info
may God continue to bless you
and those you love
