For the heck of it, I just checked Caremark where we get our mail
order drugs and the cost to us is $40 for 90 days for either drug.
The overall cost, they show $233 for Lipitor and $206 for Pravachol.

I'm going to ask the Dr about changing to Pravachol the next time we
see her because my wife has a myriad of problems with Lipitor.
Muscle weakness is one of them.
