First off I really don't know or care if you have been reading everything I
have posted in the past.
The elderly have had a full life and that is where you start thinking about
what will take them in the end. My parents suffered from prolonged illness
that took their lives. If I could pick as to what to succomb to then I would
pick a blown valve, similar to John Ritter, which I have problems with.
Quick and painless.
It is a different story when talking about somebody young with many more
years ahead of them. I don't believe in scaring people who have not had any
symptoms related to any drug intack into stopping their meds that may save
their life.
In the end saving an elderly from a heart attack means cancer, ALS,
Alzeinmers may be in sight. Which is worse?
You always strive for the quality of life. That's just my personal point of
view that I don't have any studies to back me up with and not trying to talk
anybody else into accepting. It is not specific to statins.
