You may be referring to PVC's (Premature Ventricular Contractions). They
consist of a missed beat followed by stronger-than normal beat. They are
mostly harmless. Feels like a rumble in your chest. Do a Google. Look at
your EKG. It will often have a name for the nature of your abnormal EKG.
