Are they induced by increaase temperature as in MS?
What if anything can induce the attacks?
Exercise? High carbohydrate or salt intake?
You might want to look into periodic paralyses.
"The most common muscle groups affected are the arms and legs; however, the
disorder may also affect the swallowing and respiratory muscles, which in
severe cases, can be fatal."

I don't know what you mean by "lesions" and it would be helpful as to what
the doctors called it.
Where they bruises or urticarial looking?

No normal level stated. Was the nature or type of ANA investigated? Anti-Sm?
Anti-DsDNA? Florescent pattern?
Anti-Rnp?
> Cortisol PM = 18.6 (12.0 is the maximum normal)

Stress induced cortisolism.

> WBC = 3.8 (4.0 minimum normal)

Not really helpful as it is borderline. Differential was normal?

Not sure if all symptoms are related or not.
