Thanks, Bob. I was pretty sure I wasn't the only one who felt that way.
You may remember my recent brief post outlining Chung's decline from a
helpful, caring participant in 2000 to a monomaniacal fanatic in 2005.

Recently I had been concerned about the risk to the health of others who
might unwittingly accept his unscientific medical opinions. I think an
appropriate authority proceeding on those lines might have been a
preferable way to bring him under control; losing his service provider
really only clears the atmosphere for those interested in the goals of
the newsgroups but does nothing to protect others - if he is still
practicing medicine and seeing patients.
