Re: cholesteral & afib

Hi,
I've never heard of it referred to 'Benign Afib' I have Afib with high
blood pressure that I take meds. for. I know mine was caused from stress.
My LDL is 260 but my(you won't believe this) HDL is 130. It's been that way
for years. My MD and Cardiologist say I'm one of the highest HDL they've
ever seen, so they say the good cancels out the bad..
I've had 5 cardioversions in 6 years..in the hospital this last June I
cardioverted just as they set up the paddle thing for me..I guess it scared
me into it this time.:-)..Nel
