for the past year or so ive had anxiety troubles and concern over the
health of my heart. ive had an ekg, blood work and some physicals due
to some racing pulse and palpations and fatigue (im 25) and everything
seems to be on the clear.
i take my blood pressure off and on, and one thing ive always noticed
is a low pulse pressure (typically ~25) and my resting heart rate in
the 75bpm range.
typical bp readings for me:
106/80
107/80
110/80
99/73
normal pulse pressure seems to be 30-40, should i be concerned and seek
further evaluations (i.e. is it healthy to have a narrow pulse
pressure?).
