I Thanked everyone I came in contact with for saving my life. Gave em
hugs even as I was discharged.

Even thought my CABG was 9/14/01 I'm in some sort of denial still.
Mortality and getting things in order comes to my thinking often.
I've thought of counting spring times.

You have been given a heads up. Try to include your rehab into a daily
ritual without being obsessed. Easy to say.

Aside from Liam's good advice, I'd add helping other's seems prolong
one's own life. My observation.
