If you recall a study that shows statin neurotoxic nerve damage to
both
brain and peripheral nerves that resolved quickly, then produce it -
regardless of whom you claim may have posted it.

You can't because it does not exist. Just another empty claim as you
nip
at
heels with ad hominem attacks and never ever offer anything
constructive.

Why would I bother to go to all the trouble to find those studies,
studies
which YOU originally posted, when you've now gone and changed the
criteria?

You said:

"For the record, the disabling and debilitating serious adverse
effects of statins can take far longer to recover from, and can do
more
damage than,some heart attacks."

I was responding to that claim. Not the new claim you are NOW making.
It's
hard keeping up with all the twists and turns and misdirection you
make in
order to justify your statements. It's bizarre and maddening behavior.

Then do not allege that injuries posted here resolve quickly per
studies
posted here, that is not true.

Injuries posted here include my husband's injuries over 4 years of
Lipitor
that have not fully recovered after 4 years off Lipitor, specifically
muscle
damage, pain, fatigue, neuropathy, aphasia, memory loss, amnesia, and
more.

Studies posted on adverse effects do not deal in long term treatment
with
adverse effects, nor typically do they followup for a full 4 years.
Typically they deal with muscle pain. Statin nerve damage and
cognitive
damage do NOT typically show, in YOUR words "improvement was almost
immediate upon cessation of the medication". Even there, improvement
is NOT
the same as recovery.

If you know of such a study, post it.

If you misread a study, say so.

You did not see a study from me that covers that kind of duration
specific
to statin AEs posted and shows "improvement was almost immediate upon
cessation of the medication."

A study that claimed immediate improvement of Nerve Damage and Brain
Damage
from any cause would be front-page news.

Once again, remember what you stated:

"For the record, the disabling and debilitating serious adverse
effects of statins can take far longer to recover from, and can do more
damage than,some heart attacks."

Where in that statement do you say "Nerve Damage and Brain Damage"?

I was responding to your original statement [and so, from the study: "The
statin agent was stopped. By 3 months off statin, all recovered 5/5
proximal strength. Walking improved, and they arose from a chair without
pushing off with their arms."], but then you went and qualified it, as
you are prone to do when you realize you've been caught once again making
misleading statements.

And now you're asking for studies showing recovery from statin-induced
nerve and brain damage? Let's first see your legitimate studies/research
showing a concrete link between statins and, say, brain damage and please
don't use your old "kitchen sink" approach with dozens and dozens of
ambiguous links. Just one or two for now.

And since you use it as a comparison in your original statement, I would
like to know what your reseach has determined to be the time it takes to
recover from some (?) heart attacks. Again, just one or two links please.
