Thanks for your reply. I called my GP and he said that low BP is much
better than high BP, and that I am safe. Other than a bit of
light-headedness, nothing to sweat about.
Thanks again,

P.S. you shot an 82??? wow.

I am 34 y.o. on thiazide, ramipril, and irbesartan for HBP. I just did
some push-ups, and my BP went way down (92/55 then 89/50).
Is that safe?
ACD:
Yesterday after a hot day golfing in the Arizona sun, then libations and
snacks at Applebee's, then home and took my BP.
It was 79/43 with a pulse of 104 (at 3:22pm)
I'm on half a dose of Atacand Plus now and *still* I have very low blood
pressure (after years of elevated pressure).
So, I'm still standing and shot an 82 while walking and pulling a cart
in 82F temperatures, then drinking a pint of beer and consuming nachos.
I posted quite a bit a week or so ago about my low BP. But Dr. Chung
indicated then that my BP is 'fairly well controlled'.
*I* think you're O.K. -- but I'm no doc :))
