Then what should I eat from outside restaurants?
Buy the book I recommended.
I leave the house on Sunday afternoon and fly out for work, I do not
return home until Friday night.
So from Sunday night to Friday dinner, its all takeout food, or room
service, etc.
Not much choices.
I never have any problem finding suitable meals in any restaurant. At pizzeria, buy a garbage pie and use a fork to eat the topping and toss the crust, or most of it. Or buy sausage and peppers, hold the hero.
At a fast food burger place, order without the bun and fries, use a fork, or order one of their salads with grilled meat. Wendy's is known for catering to LC customers this way.
At Chinese, get stir fry, no cornstarch, no added sugar, no msg, no rice, no "crispy" anything.
Greek; salad with chicken souvlaki meat, no pita, or order the gyro or souvlaki pita (cheaper) and use a fork, toss the bread.
Deli: chicken salad from a container, or tuna or egg salad, or small containers of each. Or cold cuts rolled up in cheese slices, no bread.
Get the idea?
No fries, no breaded stuff, no bun, no bread, no sugar, no transfats.
