Only if you're already inclined to judge. A shibboleth is a password or
a test of validity. You could read about it for yourself at Judges
12:5,6. It enabled the border guards to distinguish between friendly
travelers wanting to cross the Jordan River, who could pronounce
"shibboleth" correctly, and the enemy Ephramites who didn't have a "sh"
sound in their dialect and so could be detected and prevented from
crossing. ISTM it's a stretch to call that "judging" in the sense you
usually use.
