It seems to me I heard somewhere that Andrew B. Chung, MD/PhD wrote in

No mention of exercise.
Moses spent a long time *wandering in the desert* (I remind you again
the "forty" was a round number to the Hebrews of that time, not a
precise measure) covering hundreds or even thousands of miles. Even if
we assume he had opportunities to ride a donkey at times it is still an
active outdoor life style. "Exercise" is not confined to gyms and spas.
Can you please describe where in the Bible it talks about Moses following
the 2PD-Omer approach for an extended period?
Non sequitor
SB non sequitUr (Latin, you know). You brought it up; asking about it
is your non sequitur, no one else's. Now that the topic has been raised
it is no longer a non sequitur.
Your life expectancy math is equally faulty. Moses had no statistical
expectation of reaching 100. If you occasionally read and studied the
Bible you could avoid these gaffes; Ps. 90:10 "The years of our life are
threescore and ten, or even by reason of strength fourscore; yet their
span is but toil and trouble; they are soon gone, and we fly away."
And factually life span was well below 70 years for most cultures, and
many still haven't achieved it. "Between 1800 and 2000, life expectancy
at birth rose from about 30 years to a global average of 67 years, and
to more than 75 years in favored countries. This dramatic change, called
the health transition, fundamentally altered patterns of human
survivorship and cause of death. During this transition, the predominant
causes of death have shifted from infectious diseases with a short
course, to chronic diseases, often with a protracted course."
