Well you can ingest what ever you want. I'd point out that nothing here
was alive two weeks ago maybe two months ago. ERGO no life force. So
add something fresh and hold the salt and half of the carbs :)) .
Bill who is slowing cooking leftover chicken with veggies and rice
right now in a crock pot. Fresh melon for desert. A touch of five
spice. (Frozen peas) I'm not perfect!
