Hypotension?

I am a 35 year old male who weighs around 205. Since adulthood, my blood
pressure has almost always been around 125/80, sometimes 120/75. I went to
the Urgent Care Center last week for a sore throat, I happened to ask the
nurse what my blood pressure was and she said 95/60, I didn't think much
about it until I had to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes. I asked the
attending and she didn't seem to think it was a big deal, however, it seems
strange to me.
I have actually gained weight and probably become less healthy in the last 2
years, yet, my blood pressure goes down? I went to Walgreens and got a
digital blood pressure kit, or whatever and have monitored it for the last 4
or 5 days, it's been averging around 100/70, sometimes a little lower,
sometimes higher but nowhere near where it normally is.
I'm wondering what could cause something like this, it's not technically
hypotension but in the scheme of things, it is. I had a full cardiac workup
done last year, complete with nuclear scan and stress test, these were
normal, as was the Ultrasound of my heart. So I think my ticker's ok. I
was having what they ascertained to be non-cardiac chest pain. Otherwise, I
can't imagine why my pressure should be low, I'm probably in the worst shape
of my life, physically, I weigh too much and have NOT been exercising, nor
am I on any meds that would significantly reduce my blood pressure. Only
Elavil and I don't take that every night. I take it for insomnia off and
on. One of the other reasons I went to see a cardiologist was because of
unexplained lightheadedness but this has been going on (off and on) for a
while, long before my BP suddenly went down.
Any thoughts, help or comments would be appreciated.
