Treadmill Stress test positive for Ischemic heart disease

Hello
My Mom age 55 years had a TMT (Treadmill Stress Test) few eeks back
In the report its written
' No Angina . Significant ST Changes Seen '
' Treadmill stress test is strongly positive for Ischemic heart
disease'
Can some one please tell me what does this signify ?
