CHOLESTEROL/BLASTER



Hello All

What, has anybody found to be the best/fastest way to lower cholesterol?
I do not eat animal fat or (animal flesh/poultry), eggs, saturated vegetable
fats.
I eat fish, pulses/lentils, seeds, nuts, whole grains, 99% fat free yoghurt
and/or cheese.
I do not use a spread on breads.
My family does not have a history of high cholesterol and I will not take
medication.
I do have about two glasses of wine each day.

Your suggestions will be welcome.
