Hebrews is found in the New Testament, not Old, where Jonah is found.

I hope you were addressing this to the right party, the Biblically
semi-illiterate Dr. Chung; he's the one who said

"Watchpersons who heed their LORD's prophecies do not themselves
become prophets though they may become much maligned as false prophets
when HE changes HIS mind about HIS timing" -- Holy Spirit (Book of
Jonah).

And of course neither Jonah nor Hebrews say anything remotely like what
ABC cited.
