The two pound diet is trash science. The above is what happens when not
reading past the headlines:
"According to the data, people who maintain their weight through diet
rather than exercise are likely to have major deposits of internal
fat, even if they are otherwise slim. "The whole concept of being fat
needs to be redefined," said Bell, whose research is funded by
Britain's Medical Research Council."
This is what happens when one doesn't keep up with the literature on the
subject. Several studies provided the above opinion giver shows that
exercise reduces the internal fat more quickly then does diet alone.
This level of ignorance and willfull distortion and ignoring refuting
evidence of one's self invented agendais full reason to ignore the
author.
