Of course it can be cured- there are millions of people out there who once
had bp over 150/90 but reduced it to 120/80 or below with diet, exercise
relaxation and/or bp medicine.

I had thought high blood pressure could not be 'cured' until an
encounter with someone who practically went off medication for almost
8 months.
This guy was a confirmed heriditary HBP suffer. By accident he tried
a herb recipee for 6 days consecutively and afterwards was able to go
off medication for almost 8 months. Now he is back on medication
again.
I once tried herb medicine for my HBP but I stopped it later on. The
good thing about herb HBP medicine is that it does not have unwanted
side-effects such as sexual impotence but in order to do a
satisfactory job one has to take herb pills 4 times a day in order to
maintain the low reading.
I hope one of these days herbs can be synthesized using whatever high
tech available so that herbs can be used to well controll HBP
conveniently and go one step further to cure HBP!
