oh! You're posting through Googlegroups??? I hadn't noticed that
before. My suggestion would be switch to a proper newsreader like
Outlook or Netscape or ... my favorite ... Agent. I don't see how one
can negotiate an active usenet group with anything less, although I
know that's not your immediate problem.
Anyhow.... just a suggestion.
I can't help with the web based stuff.

Port

Web based stuff have the advantage of useability across multiple
platforms, OSes, and workstations. Then there is the smokescreen of
bogus IP addresses that web based stuff sometimes put out that really
confuse the would-be cyberstalkers that hang out here.

The use of a "proper newsreader" would tie someone down to the PC/Mac
where Agent is installed with those personal settings concerning
subscribed groups, handle, email address, password, etc. This would
not be good for someone being cyberstalked.

May GOD bless you in HIS mighty way (you will be hungrier when HE
does).

Prayerfully in Jesus' awesome love,

Andrew <><
