When my adrenal function is low, my bp drops to the 90s over 50s. When it's higher, I'm much more energetic and able to be much more active as long as it stays there.

So yeah... I'm still alive and kicking. LOL.
Not sure whats been going on, or lack thereof except that i appear to
be, for the most part, symptom free as of the last 2 months or so. or,
well.. since late May, at least. most of june was totally uneventful.
really hardly any instances of shortness of breath from doing small
things or even big things. i'm constantly running around, even doing
streneous stuff and it doesnt seem to be causing any abnormal
problems. (except my freekin back!!!! now THAT has gone straight to
hell, lol). my systolic blood pressure has remained stabily from
anywhere between 94-110 and systolic 63-68. most of the time, its been
around 98/63 or 102/63 or 64. its been consistently i this pattern
since last month. 4 months ago it was 120/80.. 122/80. not sure if
those 90 ranged ones are too low or what. im really not having any ill
symptoms with it, though. when it all started to begin being lower
like that, i think i was developing some symptoms.. the dizziness upon
standing up and extreme fatigue. though, the fatigue could have been
from something else.. hormonal and my usual nonsense thats been going
on most of my life thats not heart related.
so who knows. when standing up and moving around, my pulse can go up
from anywhere between 88 and 120, but.. once sitting down, it'll stay
around the high 80s or mid 90s. i know, its still tachycardia, but
when i DO sit down, it immediately goes down. my mom was in the
hospital again a couple of weeks ago and i was goofing around with her
pulse/ox fingerclip and it was still erratic, went from like 85 to
117, but thats about it and that was standing up. when i sat down, it
dropped to the high 80s, 90s.
BUT, since my symptoms have decreased.. or well 90% of it dissapeared,
it seems to be following this.. strange lowering of my blood pressure.
when my BP is its lowest.
a few times, id eaten a very heavy, salty meal and my BP was back up
around 120.. 124. and i started to feel that.. weird lungy feeling and
was very aware of my pulse. when my BP is lower, im not even aware of
my tachycardia if im having it.
even if i was sitting down, 4-6 months ago, id have symptoms. now i
dont.
my sleepings been fine. no awakening with any weird heart gurglings or
flushes. i hardly EVER get those flutters or gurgles now. maybe a
couple times here and there right before my period. like that day. i
had one today... but it was nothing, really. though im not sure if it
was that or something in my esophagus. almost kinda forgot how they
feel. LOL.
as for anything im doing differently.. i dont know. my diet's been
pretty much the same. the weather has been warmer, obviously... i seem
to feel better in the hotter weather. no meds... nothing. so, i dont
know whats causing this.
i still feel some ... um strain, in what feels like my lung area...
but, like i said, the CT scan turned out perfect and all my other lung
tests. running up and down stairs, im okay doing. i dont even
consciously think about it anymore lately. lol. dont wanna jinx it
either! lol but yeah.
my skin tone seems dfferent too. a lot better and my fingernails. no
more white specks and the nail bed tone seems a bit more normal. even
my right leg.. lately seems to be better, though its still got that
pouchy thing... and the vein is dilated underneath the skin but isnt
any longer popping out. lol. they did do another DVT scan last month
and it was negative in both legs.
so, what do you thinks going on?
**** my concern though... is.. that could this lower BP possibly be a
sign of something wrong, actually? like my heart weakening?? even
despite the lack of symptoms? or improvement of? my BP before all
this crap, under normal circumstances.. used to range in the lower end
anyway. 110/80 or 110/70.. 100.. etc. pulse, i have no idea.
but.. i dunno. just seems kind of odd. then again, years ago i never
kept an eye on my BP unless I was at the doctors and even so, I didnt
put much attention into it anyway, stupidly. so, it could have been
like this then, too. but... it going down to like 93/60 and 94,
though??
could a BP of 120/80 really be too high for me and all? im just trying
to put it together. my family doctor pretty much just told me to
just.. forget about it all. hah.
i have a followup with my cardiologist next month. so, i'll see if
they can do an EKG, since one hasnt been done in months. and see where
things stand, and if any changes one way or another. but other than
everything else, i do feel a lot better. especially after the shit ive
been through these past 7 months. then again, id forgotten what it
felt like to be 'normal' anyway, lol. so, who knows.
any idea?
