Would suggest you ask your doctor about Limbrel (I do not have any
ties with the company that makes this product). It effectively
reduces pain of osteoarthritis by reducing inflammation while not
increasing CV risk as traditional non-aspirin NSAIDS have a tendency
of doing.
This would be a temporary measure until you lose all the VAT, which is
likely the underlying cause of your osteoarthritis.
