I think the quality of fat in the diet is much more important than the
quantity unless you're getting too little fat. My diet breaks out to
about 50% fat; much lower than Atkins, much higher than conventionally
recommended.
OK.... but no breads, crackers, snack chips, ice cream,
waffles, toast, anything like that at all?
In other words YOUR diet is strictly meat and leafy
colorful veggies?
I buy grass fed meat and dairy products for their superior heart
healthy fat profile.
