Sort of reminds me of Damned if you do and Damned if you don't. Since
us folks in NE USA don't get that much Sun I guess a little extra D
might not be a bad Idea. Hummm but is not our milk already enriched
with D?

They note that vitamin D excess is rare.
Milk has vitamin D but not that much.
