It seems to me I heard somewhere that Andrew B. Chung, MD/PhD wrote in

This is a huge number. I find it hard to believe. How do you arrive
at it?

Thankfully, the database we are using resides on a computer
workstation and automatically enumerates just as the web counter for
the HeartMDPhD.com web site automatically enumerates.

You must have a T1 line with a Cray on the end of it; 625,550 people
(many of whom were probably not computer literate) divided by the 43,800
hours in five years seems to work out to about 14 sign-ons per hour,
days and nights and work days and holidays. Or does that automatic
enumeration eliminate the need for each individual to sign in? :-)

I assume your HMDPD counter is equally accurate.
