Yes, the EKG diagnosis is incomplete right bundle branch block.
This information by itself does not allow a physician to make any
meaningful comments about the possible underlying causes.
Without knowing the underlying cause, nothing can be written about
either severity, treatment, or prognosis.
Would suggest that a referral be made to consult with a cardiologist
who should be able to comment meaningfully about the possible
underlying causes once armed with information from a complete history
and physical examination along with pertinent test results including
the EKG.
