It seems to me I heard somewhere that Andrew B. Chung, MD/PhD wrote in
article

(saying this out loud to all of creation while typing :-)
Some caveats...
There are no caveats in the Holy Spirit.
Doesn't matter--
Indeed, without the LORD, everything you do is meaningless
(Ecclesiastes).
Which is: Don writes good sense...
Actually, his excuses for not being able to publicly say "Jesus is
LORD" make no sense.
No excuses necessary.
Yet, you proceed to give an excuse for your lack of ability.
I've told you several times that I'm doing what
God wants me to do, and that includes refusing to do what you want me
to do.
That obviously is not an excuse for inability but a denial of your
premise.
Not for the discerning.
Since you seem to be the only one in the world with that brand of
"discernment," it can safely be ignored. I clearly made no excuses
for my ignoring your requests/commands.
First, what I want is for you to do what GOD wants.
First, that is untenable as a Christian doctrine...
It remains my personal choice to not be religious in keeping with
WDJW.
Yet your entire behavior and thought processes are shot through with
religiosity, to the extent that it has replaced science as your
yardstick for living.
Those of us who are mindful of WDJW, simply find ourselves wanting
what GOD wants.
You may want, but you do not attain. WDJW is simply one more of your
individual "improvements" on reality, this time in the religious
realm.
... and, second, is
proof of an overblown case of egomania.
Incorrect.
It remains my personal choice to die to self daily.
But you always spring back to life before the day is out.
Without self, there can be no egomania.
If you had no self all would be peaceful in these newsgroups. [Note:
this is metaphorical.] However, you are apparently blind even to the
facts of your own existence and your place in the real world if you
literally believe you have no self.
Thus, your written excuse makes no logical sense.
Since it wasn't an excuse but an explanation of a different point than
you want to believe, your response makes no sense logical or
otherwise.
Your failed attempt to explain why you are unable to publicly say
"Jesus is LORD" without the Holy Spirit remains a written excuse that
makes no logical sense now that you have been informed that I want you
to do what GOD wants.
"I've told you several times that I'm doing what God wants me to do,
and that includes refusing to do what you want me to do." -- Don
Kirkman
Thank you for quoting one of my posts that show I did not make any
excuses but rejected your premise.
What GOD wants is your continuing to unwittingly demonstrate how
obtuse you and other non-christians are without His help. So, yes,
you are doing what GOD wants you to do **and** what I want you to do,
albeit unwittingly since you have written that you believe you are
"refusing to do" what I want you to do.
This makes no sense whatever, but since the whole idea has been
rejected several times it is no more than an obsessive repetition of
an irrelevant idea.
Many thanks, much praise, and all the glory to GOD for His compelling
you to unwittingly do what both He and I want :-)
Spot the logical impossibility/impossibilities in the above sentence.
