Five stents were installed ranging in size from 3.5mm to 2.5mm.

The main one compared to bare metal stent (BMS) would be late in-stent
thrombosis, which is clotting within the stent many weeks to months
after the stenting. This is why clopidogrel is typically continued for
a year longer than BMS and possibly indefinitely.
