It would deviate from standard-of-care not to put him in the hospital. That
is the safest thing to do. Personally, I think consious sedation is a
crock. "All this by taking a little pill." Now there's a group trying to
get their voodoo dentistry acepted as standard-of-care. There's much more
of a risk of a complication, such as aspiration, sudden head movement under
consious sedation. Isn't that an oxymoron?
