Your laws are good and specific too.
Here is one:
17. Place amalgam in tooth for condensation by the dentist
Can you imagine that before December 28, 1994 this was not addressed
by the Pennsylvania Legislature? Dental Assistants with absolutely no
training, and only the go-ahead from their employer/dentist were
FILLING TEETH, amalgams, composites, trimming the excess with
handpieces, etc. and it was not ILLEGAL!
This was finally addressed nine and one half years ago!
